Firstline Outfitters (“FLO,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates firstlineoutfitters.us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
1. Information We Collect
Contact and inquiry information. When you submit a form on this site (Contact, Procurement, or Specs pages), we collect the information you provide — name, email, phone number, and message content.
Automatically collected information. We use Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Site Kit to collect standard analytics data: pages visited, time on site, device/browser type, approximate location (city/region level), and referral source. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Security verification data. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions come from real visitors, not bots. Turnstile operates silently and does not require you to complete a visual challenge. Turnstile may process limited technical data (such as IP address and browser signals) to perform this verification. Cookies. This site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and security (Cloudflare). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect site functionality.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our Contact and Procurement forms
- To understand site traffic and improve site content and performance
- To prevent spam, bot abuse, and fraudulent form submissions
- To maintain the security and integrity of this website
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to operate this site (see Section 3).
3. Third-Party Services
This site relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics / Site Kit — Google Privacy Policy
- Cloudflare (Turnstile, DNS, security) — Turnstile Privacy Policy
- Contact Form 7 / Flamingo — form submission data is stored on our WordPress hosting environment and is not shared externally beyond FLO staff
- Microsoft 365 — email correspondence sent to our staff mailboxes is hosted and processed via Microsoft 365
4. Data Retention
Form submissions and their associated correspondence are retained as long as necessary to fulfill the inquiry and for reasonable business recordkeeping. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you’ve submitted to us by contacting kyle@firstlineoutfitters.us or contact@firstlineoutfitters.us.
6. Children’s Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
